In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it’s whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly (click here).
